United Polyfab Gujarat Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insiders

United Polyfab Gujarat Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. All company insiders have been duly informed not to engage in any trading of the company's equity shares during this period.
