This acquisition represents a 10.08% stake on a fully diluted basis. NSPL is an alcohol and non-alcohol beverage company engaged in developing, producing, marketing, and selling alcohol beverages under the brands "Mikiamo" and "Seoulmate". The investment aligns with United Spirits' strategy to capitalize on emerging trends in the premium craft beverage segment. The acquisition is expected to be completed by September 21, 2026. NSPL's turnover for the year ended March 31, 2025, was INR 0.38 crore, with a negative net worth of INR 0.15 crore. The transaction is not a related party transaction.
