United Spirits: V K Viswanathan Completes Second Term as Director

United Spirits announced the completion of the second term for Mr. V K Viswanathan, Independent Director, effective October 16, 2026. Consequently, he ceases to be the Chairperson of the Board and Company, Chairperson of the Committee of Directors, and a Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board expressed appreciation for his decade of service. Mr. Narayan K Seshadri, an existing Independent Director, has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Board and Company, effective October 17, 2026. Mr. Seshadri is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in business transformation.
