Universal Autofoundry Reappoints Shah Patni as Internal Auditor

Universal Autofoundry Ltd re-appointed M/s Shah Patni & Co. as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board meeting also approved the re-appointment of M/s Girdhar Chaudhary & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 and M/s. Goverdhan Agarwal & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
