Universal Autofoundry Receives ₹3.55 Cr Claim Petition Under MSMED Act

Universal Autofoundry Ltd has received a claim petition from M/s Precision Autocastings Private Limited for recovery of outstanding dues amounting to ₹3,55,80,784/- (₹3.55 Crore) under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. The petition was filed with the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Jaipur, and registered on the MSME ODR Portal. The company is currently examining the matter and will take appropriate legal steps. Further updates will be provided in due course. The delay in informing the stock exchange was due to an oversight.
