Universal Office Automation Ltd Appoints M/s Rana & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for 5 Years

Universal Office Automation Ltd has appointed M/s Rana & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from Financial Year 2025-26 till Financial Year 2029-30. The appointment was approved by the shareholders in the Annual General meeting held on i.e. 29.09.2025 and is in accordance with the provision of Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015. M/s Rana & Associates is a professional firm established in August 2019 under the proprietorship of Mr. Nishant Rana, FCS. The firm is peer-reviewed in accordance with the Peer Review Guidelines issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and holds Peer Review Certificate No. 5647/2024.
