Uniworth Securities Director Resigns

Mr. Vivek Chaudhary has resigned as an Independent Director of Uniworth Securities Ltd (now Indoworth Holdings Limited), effective September 4, 2026. He has also stepped down from his roles as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Chaudhary confirmed that his resignation is due to pre-occupation elsewhere and that there are no other material reasons requiring disclosure.
