UNO Minda: Final Dividend of ₹1.75 Recommended for FY26

UNO Minda Ltd's board approved audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. A final dividend of ₹1.75 per share (87.5%) has been recommended, subject to shareholder approval. Including an interim dividend of ₹0.90 per share, the total dividend for FY26 amounts to ₹2.65 per share (132.5%). The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Protiviti India Member Private Limited as Internal Auditors and recommended the re-appointment of M/S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors and M/s Jitender Navneet & Co. as Cost Auditors. Additionally, the board seeks shareholder approval to raise funds up to ₹2500 crores.
