Uno Minda FY26: Revenue ₹19,589 Cr, PAT ₹1,166 Cr

Uno Minda Ltd reported strong Q4 and FY26 performance with diversified growth across core and emerging businesses. FY26 normalised consolidated revenue reached ₹19,589 Cr, a 17% YoY growth. Normalised consolidated EBITDA was ₹2,182 Cr, up 16% YoY, and normalised consolidated PAT (Uno Minda share) stood at ₹1,166 Cr, a 24% YoY increase. The company's Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹5,336 Cr, reflecting an 18% YoY growth, with EBITDA at ₹603 Cr (up 14% YoY) and PAT at ₹326 Cr (up 22% YoY). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share.
