Updater Services Board approves ₹1 interim dividend for FY27

Updater Services Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on July 30, 2026, approved an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for the Financial Year 2026-27. The company has set Wednesday, August 05, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before Friday, August 28, 2026. Additionally, the Board also considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
