Urja Global Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 Results in 2026

Urja Global Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the company's Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All connected persons, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
