Ushakiran Finance Appoints CRK & Associates as Internal Auditors

Ushakiran Finance Ltd has appointed M/s. CRK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditors for the company for the year 2026-2027. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2025, based on the recommendation of the audit committee. M/s. Venkataratnam & Associates, the present internal auditors, did not consent to reappointment. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
