Ushdev International Ltd. to Auction Assets via E-Auction

Ushdev International Limited (in liquidation) is conducting an e-auction to sell assets forming part of its liquidation estate under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The auction will be held on the BAANKNET portal on August 6, 2026. Assets include land and buildings (office premises in Mumbai and Pune, commercial plots in Raigad), windmills with land in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, and equity shares in Uttam Galva Ferrous Ltd., The Shamrao Vithal Co Op Bank Ltd, and other entities, along with advance receivables. The sale is on an 'as is where is' basis. The last date for EOI, eligibility documents, and EMD submission is August 4, 2026.
