UTI Asset Management Company Ltd Re-constitutes Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG and Unitholder Protection Committees

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd has re-constituted the Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG Committee and Unitholder Protection Committee effective from 16th February, 2026. The re-constitution is pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 30th January, 2026 and the change in the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
