UTI AMC Schedules 23rd AGM for July 21, 2026

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd has announced its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 14:30 IST. The meeting will be conducted via video conferencing (VC) / other audio visual means (OAVM). The company will present the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, along with the directors' and auditors' reports. A final dividend of ₹40 per equity share is recommended, subject to member approval. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from July 15 to July 21, 2026, for dividend entitlement determination. Remote e-voting will be open from July 18 to July 20, 2026.
