UTI Asset Management Company Ltd. to Close Trading Window for Q1 2026

UTI Asset Management Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives’. The trading window will be closed from 1st April, 2026 to 25th April, 2026 for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The Company's Board meeting is scheduled on 23rd April, 2026 to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026, consider recommendation of dividend, and discuss other general and business matters.
