V-Mart Retail Appoints Suraj Rathor as Head of Finance

V-Mart Retail Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Suraj Rathor as Head of Finance and Senior Management Personnel, effective July 24, 2026. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the statutory auditors. Mr. Rathor brings over 15 years of experience in retail, F&B, and FMCG sectors, having previously led FP&A at V-Mart and held business controller roles at Devyani International.
