Faze Three Ltd has acquired shares of Megamont Limited (formerly known as V R Woodart Limited) through an off-market transfer under a Share Purchase Agreement dated March 07, 2025. The acquisition was made on March 30, 2026, from Ms. Mounica Maddukuri and Mrs. Minal Patil. The total shares acquired represent 3.12% of the total share capital and 2.7% of the total diluted share capital of Megamont Limited.
