VA Tech Wabag Sets July 17 Record Date for ₹5 Dividend

VA Tech Wabag Ltd has announced the record date for its final dividend as Friday, July 17, 2026. The company's Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share (250%) for FY 2025-26. This dividend will be paid within 30 days, on or before September 10, 2026, subject to member approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 12, 2026. Additionally, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 6 to August 12, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM.
