Vaarad Ventures declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 results

Vaarad Ventures Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated results along with the limited review reports. The meeting also noted the cessation of Mr. Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala as Non-Executive Independent Director upon completion of his term. Ms. Leena Vikram Doshi stepped down as Chairperson but continues as Managing Director. Mr. Piyush Arun Vora was appointed as the new Non-Executive Independent Chairperson. The company also appointed M/s. Hemraj Chheda & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s. Sanil Dhayalkar & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the upcoming financial years.
