Vaarad Ventures Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Vaarad Ventures Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also noted the cessation of Mr. Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala as Non-Executive Independent Director and approved the appointment of Mr. Piyush Arun Vora as the new Chairperson. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Hemraj Chheda & Co. as Internal Auditors and M/s. Sanil Dhayalkar & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the upcoming financial years.
