Vadilal Dairy Appoints Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditor

Vadilal Dairy International Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors, alongside existing auditor M/s. P V M & Co. This appointment is for a period of one year, commencing from the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 40th AGM, and is subject to shareholder approval. The Board of Directors also approved the notice for the 39th AGM, scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. Key agenda items include approving the Board of Director's Report for FY26 and the book closure dates from September 22-29, 2026. E-voting will be available from September 26-28, 2026. Mr. Suhas Ganpule was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
