Emrock Corp: Jatinkumar Patel Acquires 13.2 Lakh Shares

Jatinkumar Tulsibhai Patel, Managing Director of Emrock Corporation Ltd, has acquired 13,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs.10 each, representing 6.19% of the total paid-up capital. This acquisition was made through the conversion of warrants into equity shares on October 30, 2026. The total value of this transaction was Rs. 1,45,20,000. Following this acquisition, Mr. Patel's total holding in shares carrying voting rights increased from 38,95,972 (24.63%) to 52,15,972 (24.47%). His holding in warrants/convertible securities decreased from 31,13,712 (19.68%) to 17,93,288 (8.41%). The total diluted shareholding after the acquisition stands at 32.88%.
