Emrock Corp Allots 55 Lakh Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Emrock Corporation Ltd has allotted 55,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 1 per share, pursuant to the conversion of warrants. This allotment follows previous conversions and increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 15.82 Crore to Rs. 21.32 Crore, comprising 2,13,20,000 equity shares. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares. A total of 74,35,491 warrants remain pending for conversion, which can be exercised within 18 months upon payment of the balance 75% of the warrant amounts.
