Vaishno Cement Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person and their immediate Relatives. The closure will commence from Wednesday, 01 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended 31°t March, 2026 are made available to the public. All concerned persons are advised not to deal (buy or sell) in Securities of Vaishno Cement Company Limited during this prohibited period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
