58th Committee of Creditors Meeting Scheduled for Value Industries Ltd on Feb 16, 2026

Value Industries Ltd has announced a pre-facto intimation of the upcoming 58th meeting of the Committee of Creditors. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. This meeting is part of the consolidated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Value Industries Ltd and 12 other Videocon group companies. The announcement is made by Abhijit Guhathakurta, the Resolution Professional of the 13 Videocon Group Companies under the Consolidated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
