Atvo Enterprises Approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Atvo Enterprises Limited's Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation involving Atvo Agrochem Limited, Shubhshree Health Care Private Limited, and Shorya Business (India) Limited as transferor companies. The amalgamation, subject to NCLT and shareholder approvals, will see Atvo Enterprises Limited (formerly Vandana Knitwear Limited) issue equity shares to the shareholders of the transferor companies. The scheme aims for the consequent dissolution of the transferor companies without winding up. The detailed disclosure is enclosed as Annexure 1.
