Vapi Enterprise Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed that the trading window for dealing in the company’s equity shares by the Directors, Promoters, KMP, Other Designated Persons and Specified Connected persons has been closed with effect from January 1, 2026 and will open 24 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
