Varroc Engineering Promoter Trusts Change Names

Varroc Engineering Ltd has announced a change in the names of certain Promoter Trusts. The trusts, Naresh Chandra Holdings Trust and Suman Jain Holdings Trust, have been renamed Arjun Family Trust and Dhruv Family Trust, respectively. The company has clarified that these changes are purely nominal and do not affect the trustees, beneficiaries, beneficial ownership, shareholding, voting rights, or control of the equity shares held by these trusts. Consequently, there is no change in the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group.
