Varun Beverages forms JV in Zimbabwe

Varun Beverages (Zimbabwe) (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of Varun Beverages Limited, has incorporated a new joint venture company in Zimbabwe named "Varun Beverages Holding (Zimbabwe) (Private) Limited". The incorporation took place on August 3, 2026. This new entity will function as a holding/investment company in Zimbabwe. Varun Beverages (Zimbabwe) (Private) Limited will hold a 70% stake, with Mega Market Private Limited holding the remaining 30%. The authorized share capital is USD 500,000, and the paid-up share capital is USD 1,000.
