Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Sells Property for ₹22.3 Cr

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited announced the approval of the sale of its immovable property located in Vikhroli, Mumbai, for a total consideration of ₹22.30 Crores. The property, measuring 1096 sq. ft., is being sold to ASAP Fluids Private Limited. The company stated that the property is not primarily required for its business operations and the sale aims to optimize asset utilization. A token amount of ₹11,00,000 has already been received, with the balance to be paid upon execution of the Sale Deed, expected within 90 days of the MOU. The Board meeting where this was approved concluded on August 12, 2026.
