The meeting agenda includes the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Ashokbhai Joshi as Managing Director, and the appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as Statutory Auditors for a term of five years with a proposed remuneration of ₹3,00,000 for FY 2026-27. Additionally, shareholders will vote on a special business item to increase the authorized share capital from ₹35 crore to ₹50 crore and alter the Memorandum of Association.
