Chrome Silicon Reappoints Whole-Time Director for 5 Years

Chrome Silicon Ltd announced the reappointment of Shri PV Rao as Whole-Time Director for a further period of five years, effective October 28, 2026. This decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
