Vedant Fashions: Trading Window Closed for Q3 FY27 Results

Vedant Fashions Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The window will be closed from Friday, September 25, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the said quarter. Additionally, the company noted that SEBI's framework for freezing PANs at the security level for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will be effective from October 1, 2026, although the trading window closure commences earlier.
