Veefin Solutions: Catalyst Trusteeship discloses pledge of 9% shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd has disclosed the pledge of 23,98,702 equity shares, representing 9.0% of the total share capital, in Veefin Solutions Limited. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The pledge is an extension of an existing encumbrance executed by the promoters, Mr. Raja Debnath, on September 4, 2025, for which prior disclosures were made. The shares are pledged in favour of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as an authorized agent for CTL Trusteeship Limited, which serves as a debenture trustee for debenture holders. The effective date of this disclosure relates to the execution of an Amended and Restated Deed of Pledge on July 29, 2026. The total equity share capital of Veefin Solutions Limited remains unchanged at 25,539,417 shares.
