Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Dharamsi Shah and Ms. Indira Veeraraghavan as Additional Directors at its board meeting held on 2nd March 2026. Mr. Shah, a Chartered Accountant, is appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder's approval. Ms. Veeraraghavan, also a Chartered Accountant, is appointed under the same category and terms. The appointments are recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are not in violation of any orders by SEBI or other statutory authorities.
