Velox Shipping Invests ₹11 Cr for 40.89% Stake in Seaman Logistics

Velox Shipping and Logistics Ltd has executed an amendment agreement to invest in Seaman Logistics Solutions Private Limited. The company will acquire approximately 40.89% stake in Seaman for a consideration of ₹11 crore. This strategic investment aims to expand operational capacity and strengthen the company's market position. Seaman Logistics Solutions Private Limited, incorporated on May 27, 2011, operates in the logistics sector with a turnover of ₹50.88 crore and profit of ₹1.20 crore in FY25. The acquisition is a cash transaction and does not require governmental or regulatory approvals. Velox Shipping, along with its investee Anchorage Shipping, will collectively acquire up to 68.78% stake, with plans to acquire the remaining 31.22% over three years.
