Venlon: Independent Director M.D. Dhanush Resigns

Mr. Mysuru Devaraju Dhanush has resigned from the position of Independent Director of Venlon Enterprises Limited and from various committees, effective September 19, 2026. The primary reasons cited for his resignation are the expiry of his IDDB registration this year, which renders him ineligible, and other personal commitments. Mr. Dhanush has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his departure. He also does not hold any directorships in other listed entities or membership in their board committees.
