Sajid Malik Acquires 13.49% Stake in Ventura Guaranty via Transmission

Sajid Siraj Malik, a promoter of Ventura Guaranty Limited, has acquired 5,20,000 equity shares (13.49%) from his late mother, Mrs. Saroja Malik, due to transmission of shares upon her death. This transaction is exempt from open offer requirements under Regulation 10(1)(g) of SEBI SAST Regulations. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged. The disclosure is made under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI SAST Regulations.
