Sajid Siraj Malik Acquires 13.49% Stake in Ventura Guaranty

Sajid Siraj Malik has acquired 5,20,000 equity shares, representing 13.49% of the total share capital, in Ventura Guaranty Limited. This acquisition occurred off-market due to the transmission of shares from his late mother, Mrs. Saroja Malik. Following this transaction, Mr. Malik's total holding in the company has increased to 30.81%. The face value of each share is Rs. 10. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 3,85,35,450 before and after the acquisition.
