Venus Remedies Ltd Approves MOA/AOA Alteration in AGM

Venus Remedies Ltd announced that its members approved the alteration of its Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA/AOA) during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 20, 2026. The revisions to the MOA aim to align the object clause with the Companies Act, 2013, and update it to reflect current and proposed business activities in the pharmaceutical sector. The new Articles of Association are adopted as per Table-F of Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013. The company's principal business activities in the pharmaceutical sector remain unchanged.
