Vesuvius India Procurement Director Resigns

Mr. Ashis Jain, Procurement Director and Senior Management Personnel of Vesuvius India Limited, has resigned from his position due to personal reasons. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on October 30, 2026. The company has accepted his resignation. Mr. Jain expressed that he is pursuing an opportunity outside of VIL and requested a relaxation of the notice period to a maximum of three months, aiming for a relief effective January 1, 2027.
