Veto Switchgears Announces 19th AGM and Dividend

Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The company will present its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Key agenda items include the declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (10% of face value) and the re-appointment of Mr. Narain Das Gurnani as a director.
