Veto Switchgears to hold 19th AGM on Sep 28, 2026

Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd has announced its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the declaration of a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share, and the re-appointment of Mr. Narain Das Gurnani as a director. Additionally, the AGM will consider revisions to the remuneration of Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Akshay Kumar Gurnani, and Whole-Time Director & CFO, Mr. Narain Das Gurnani, effective October 1, 2026. The payment of remuneration to Non-Executive Director, Ms. Jyoti Gurnani, will also be discussed.
