58th Meeting of Videocon Industries' Committee of Creditors Scheduled for February 16, 2026

Videocon Industries Ltd. has issued a pre-facto intimation for the upcoming 58th meeting of the Committee of Creditors, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 16, 2026. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. The consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) includes Videocon Industries Limited and 12 other Videocon group companies that are undergoing a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process.
