Vidya Wires Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Vidya Wires Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter and three-month period ending June 30, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the said period. During this time, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares.
