Vidya Wires Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Vidya Wires Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter and three-month period ending June 30, 2026. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the said period. During this time, directors, key managerial personnel, officers, employees, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares. The date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
