Vijaya Diagnostic Acquires Arya Wellness Centre for ~₹46 Cr

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) to acquire 100% of Arya Wellness Centre, a B2C-focused integrated diagnostic center in Guwahati, Assam, for approximately ₹46 crore. This acquisition marks Vijaya's entry into the North-East India diagnostics market and strengthens its presence in Eastern India. Arya Wellness Centre, established in 2021, offers comprehensive radiology and pathology services. In FY26, it recorded revenue of ₹26 crore, with IND AS EBITDA of ₹5.6 crore and IND AS Adjusted PAT of ₹2.5 crore. The transaction, valued at approximately 8-9x FY26 IND AS EBITDA, is expected to close within three months and be EPS accretive from the outset. This strategic move aligns with Vijaya's growth strategy for geographic expansion and B2C focus.
