Indiabulls to Acquire 70% of Fintech Cloud for ₹1050 Cr

Indiabulls Limited announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire 70% of Fintech Cloud Private Limited for a consideration of ₹1050 crore. The acquisition, valued at ₹1500 crore, will be executed via an NCLT Scheme. Fintech Cloud provides technology solutions to NBFCs and reported a gross revenue of ₹133.77 Cr and PBT of ₹30.31 Cr in FY26. This move marks Indiabulls' entry into the fintech segment. The transaction is expected to be completed in 9-12 months, subject to regulatory approvals.
