Mr. Rony Banerjee, Executive Vice President – Sales & BD and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has resigned from his position, with his cessation effective from the close of business hours on September 28, 2026. The company has accepted his resignation. Concurrently, Mr. Nimish Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Business Officer. Mr. Jain brings over 17 years of leadership experience in solar manufacturing, international sales, operations, and P&L management, and has been associated with Vikram Solar's growth. He will lead the company's commercial agenda, integrating sales and business development efforts to support business scaling and market presence.
